Position Summary:

Join us as an Agricultural Engineer in our innovative agriculture company, where we believe farming is the most noble profession. You will manage agricultural operations in our state-of-the-art 4-season greenhouse, pushing for our massive campaign in organic farming practices that are free from herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides. We are committed to rebuilding agriculture using amazing technology and a passion for organic and regenerative farming. Additionally, you will work with our cattle and other animals, ensuring their proper care and management. Experience in handling animals such as chickens, cows, and rabbits is preferred, as the welfare of our animals is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive tractors and other farming equipment.
  • Plant seeds and manage crop development.
  • Harvest crops and ensure proper storage.
  • Conduct soil composition analysis to enhance crop yield.
  • Implement best practices in agricultural processes.
  • Provide appropriate care and management for livestock and other animals on the farm.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; agricultural training preferred.
  • Proven experience operating farm machinery.
  • Knowledge of soil composition, crop management, and animal care.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A love for organic and regenerative farming practices.

Employment Type:

Full-time position, on-site work only.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay starts at $22 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, standard vacation, and opportunities for growth.
