Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our team by managing office tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires a unique understanding of mental health, which will help in assisting clients and colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to mental health professionals, including scheduling appointments and managing communication.
  • Assist in maintaining client records and documentation in compliance with privacy standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to mental health initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries related to mental health services and provide appropriate referrals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in organizing events that promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or mental health is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software.

Employment Type:

This is a full-time position.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience, with a salary range of $40,000 – $60,000, comprehensive health benefits, 4 weeks of paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
