Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our team by managing office tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires a unique understanding of mental health, which will help in assisting clients and colleagues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to mental health professionals, including scheduling appointments and managing communication.
- Assist in maintaining client records and documentation in compliance with privacy standards.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to mental health initiatives.
- Handle inquiries related to mental health services and provide appropriate referrals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Support the team in organizing events that promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or mental health is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software.
Employment Type:
This is a full-time position.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience, with a salary range of $40,000 – $60,000, comprehensive health benefits, 4 weeks of paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
